RESIDENTIAL GENERAL PEST CONTROL PLANS

The following annual service agreements all target the following pests: Roaches, Ants, Spiders, Crickets, Silverfish and Mice.

• Bi-Monthly
• Quarterly

Monthly, Bi-monthly and Quarterly Plans target the following pests: roaches, ants, spiders, crickets, silverfish and mice.

*These plans do NOT include bed bugs, stinging insects, or wood destroying insects like termites.

All of the 3 programs include:

• Treat the target pests
• Power spray the foundation (On the initial clean out service only)
• Use web brush to remove spider webs outside
• Exterior door and window frames treatment
• Granules outside in grassy areas as needed
• Inside treatment if needed using spray, aerosol, dust or baits. (Determined by technician)

We will start the plan you choose with the Initial Clean out Service, then the following month we will start your new service for Monthly, Bi-monthly, or Quarterly service in order to help break the life cycle. Both Monthly and Bi-monthly services are guaranteed, so if you need us in-between services, we will return at no additional charge to treat the target pest. The quarter plan is NOT guaranteed, however if you still need us, then there will be an additional charge.
