I am writing this letter to commend you all!!! We have just started a treatment plan with your company and we have been completely impressed with the amount of service and knowledge you demonstrated.

When I called to ask a TON of questions – I never got the feeling that I was being rushed off the phone or an inconvenience in anyone’s day! Even when I got off of the phone and then called right back, she was still just as friendly! Thank you so much for that.

When Phil showed up at our home, he was more than just professional, he is incredibly knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and some. He again did not make me feel rushed, like I had been squeezed into his day. He was right on time for us and that was amazing, since I was on lunch break. He was so thorough and careful, and took into consideration that I have two small children and a dog. I learned a lot from him and the knowledge has been very useful!

The professionalism and enthusiasm that comes from your business is remarkable.

I always try and give the first shot to the locally owned companies, and am glad I did!

I just thought that you usually only hear from a customer when something is not right. I am here to tell you that I have recommended you to everyone that this topic has come up with. We have had a fantastic experience!
